‘No Worries’

This package is designed for on the day coordination only.

 

‘No Worries’ package includes:

• Consultation with bride and groom to find out information about their wedding and determine how they wish the wedding to flow and who are the vendors they have been hired

• Attend all final vendor appointments

• Create a timeline of the wedding day for the bridal party

• Oversee and coordinate with the venue manager, musicians, photographer, videographer, officiant, florist, decorator, hire car drivers

• Bring marriage licence, guest book and pen, programs and candles

• Attend and oversee ceremony (including the ritual of the church ceremony and the receiving line after ceremony) and provide supervision, guidance, support, assistance, instructions, or whatever may be required to have the ceremony run smoothly

• Collect marriage licence, candles, guest book and pen, extra programs and anything left behind after the ceremony

• Attend photo-taking ceremony and co-ordinate photographer

• Oversee and coordinate with the venue manager, caterer, musicians, DJ, cake designer, photographer, videographer, etc

• Coordinate and oversee reception receiving line

• Coordinate first dance, cake cutting, bouquet throwing, garter toss

• Collect all wedding gifts and cash received at reception and deliver them to pre-determined location

 

Service fee: $1000
