This package is designed for couples looking for a stress-free wedding completely organised by a wedding planner.

ViiP will take care of everything for you…all you have to do is to make the final decisions.

This package includes:

• Initial consultation to determine the size, style and venues for the wedding

• Assisting the couple to prepare a budget

• Unlimited face-to-face meetings to discuss the progress of the wedding plans

• Unlimited consultation by phone and email

• Recommendation of suppliers and venues who best reflect your style and budget

• Create a timeline of the wedding day for the bridal party

• Budget updates, payment schedule and reminders

• RSVP management including floor plan and seating arrangements

• Your wedding planner will organise the ceremony and reception venues, celebrant, photographer, videographer, florist, vehicles, wedding cake, music and all the little things to make your

wedding day perfect

• Attendance at the wedding rehearsal

• Ensure that the ceremony and reception venues are set-up and decorated to the couple’s expectations

• Assistance on the wedding day at the ceremony and reception for 8 hours. Ensure that the day is running smoothly and suppliers are running to the schedule

• Supervise seating allocation of guests and collection of gifts

• Pre/Post marriage coaching

ViiP will be the only point of contact for all your suppliers and venues to help avoid stress and confusion.

 

Service fee: 10% of total goods and services organised
OR $5000 minimum fee, whichever is greater.
